How it works

    Score 80% or higher on each qualifying mock exam.

    Take your official PMP exam after completing the qualifying mock exams.

    If you do not pass, submit a refund request with proof of your official PMP result.

Eligibility requirements

What qualifies

  • You must be a paid PMP Decode Pro or Coach customer.
  • You must complete three full-length PMP Decode mock exams before your official PMP exam date.
  • Each qualifying mock exam must have a score of 80% or higher.
  • Qualifying mock exams must be completed in the user's PMP Decode account.
  • Mock exam history must be verifiable in the user account.
  • Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the official PMP exam result.
  • The guarantee applies only to the amount paid to PMP Decode.
  • One guarantee claim per person/account.
  • PMP Decode may deny claims involving account sharing, suspicious activity, manipulated attempts, or violation of terms.
What is not covered
